Creator pricing grounded in your own work
When a brand asks for a quote, follower count alone cannot describe the work. Deliverables, usage scope, restrictions and previous collaborations provide useful context. Paclara’s Price a Deal helps you use your completed work as a starting point for a new quote.

How Paclara supports pricing
Once you have recorded at least two completed collaborations, Price a Deal uses that history and the details of the new opportunity to suggest a price and pricing range. It applies a consistent, deterministic pricing model: a defined calculation using your inputs. It does not generate quotes with an AI service or pool other creators’ rates.
The suggestion supports your decision. It does not guarantee what a brand will pay or establish a market rate. Check that your history is accurate and that the proposed terms match the brief before using it in a conversation.
Prepare the brief before you quote
- Deliverables: what you will create, the quantity and platforms.
- Dates: delivery deadlines and planned publication dates.
- Usage: whether content is creator-posted, includes brand usage rights or is brand-only UGC.
- Exclusivity: the categories, competitor brands and restriction dates explicitly agreed.
- Boosting: any paid-media period, recorded separately from exclusivity.
Compare the scope alongside the fee
Imagine a previous deal covered one creator-posted video. A new brief asks for a video plus brand usage and paid promotion. The old fee is useful history, but the new scope needs its own review. Record those differences before assessing the suggestion, and confirm unclear terms with the brand.
Is this an influencer rate calculator?
Paclara offers pricing support inside the iPhone app. It starts with your completed collaborations and applies its pricing model to the new opportunity. This page explains that workflow; it does not offer an online calculator or promise a universal creator rate.
Start with reliable deal history
Keep completed fees, deliverables and terms together in your brand deal tracker. If you are building your history, begin by recording completed work accurately. Price a Deal needs at least two completed collaborations before making a suggestion.
Review the brief’s exclusivity, usage rights and boosting terms so you understand the commitments alongside the fee.
