A brand deal tracker for creators
A brand collaboration involves more than a publish date. Paclara brings deliverables, fees, contracts and payment status together on your iPhone, so you can see what you have agreed and what still needs attention.
Starting with your first offer? Use the first brand collaboration checklist before you accept.
What to record for each collaboration
- People: the brand, agency and contacts for approvals and follow-ups.
- Work: deliverables, platforms, delivery deadlines and publication dates.
- Money: agreed fees, invoices, payment deadlines and payment status.
- Terms: explicitly agreed categories, competitor brands, exclusivity dates and separate boosting periods.
- References: briefs, contracts, attachments, notes and published links.
From first enquiry to final payment
Start by recording the proposed work and dates. Before agreeing, compare the opportunity against the commitments you have entered. Once confirmed, keep the final fee and deliverables with the relevant documents. After publication, save the content links and update payment status so completed work and unpaid invoices remain visible.
For a practical payment review and follow-up example, read the influencer payment tracker guide.
One deal can have several timelines
In an illustrative collaboration, a Reel might publish on 14 June, exclusivity might run from 5 to 20 June, and boosting might run from 14 to 28 June. Recording only the publication date would leave out two periods that may matter when you assess future work.
Read about exclusivity, usage rights and boosting to see which details to check in a brief.
Build a useful record of completed work
Completed collaborations provide context for future quotes. Once you have at least two completed collaborations recorded, Price a Deal uses your own history and the new opportunity’s terms to suggest a price and range. Explore creator pricing based on your own history.
