See Paclara in action
From brand deals and deadlines to restrictions, payments and pricing, Paclara keeps the commercial side of creating in one place.
Price a Deal
Your pricing history becomes the foundation, not the answer. Paclara applies its own pricing model to your completed collaborations and the details of the new opportunity to suggest a price and realistic range for new work.
Unlike generic rate calculators built around broad market averages, Paclara uses your own creator data as the starting point and applies a consistent pricing model to help you work out what a new deal may be worth.
Once you have recorded at least two completed collaborations, Price a Deal can suggest both a price and a realistic pricing range for new work.

Questions creators ask
Paclara is built around the commercial side of being a creator: managing brand deals, keeping track of commitments and working out what new opportunities may be worth.
Paclara is an iPhone app for creators who manage their own brand collaborations. It brings deliverables, publication and delivery dates, contracts, exclusivity, boosting, payments and pricing support together in one place.
Paclara is designed primarily for independent and self-managed creators handling paid brand partnerships without relying on an agency to manage every part of the process. You can still record agencies and individual deal contacts where they are involved.
Once you have recorded at least two completed collaborations, Price a Deal uses your own collaboration history as the starting point and applies Paclara's pricing model to the new opportunity. It then suggests both a price and a realistic pricing range.
Paclara includes pricing support, but it is different from a generic influencer rate calculator. Rather than relying on a broad market average, Paclara starts with your own completed work and applies a consistent pricing model to help you assess a new deal.
No. Paclara does not use a shared marketplace or pool other creators' rates to generate your pricing suggestions. Your own completed collaboration history provides the personal data foundation for Price a Deal.
Yes. Paclara can compare a new opportunity with the categories, competitor brands and restriction dates you have explicitly entered for your existing collaborations. It can help surface potential overlaps before you agree to new work, but it does not replace reviewing your contracts or taking legal advice.
Yes. Paclara supports standard, fixed-term and ongoing collaborations, including recurring deliverable obligations. It can also distinguish between creator-posted content, content with brand usage rights and brand-only UGC.
Paclara is local-first. Your collaboration information is stored on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud Sync or export it. Paclara does not require a Paclara account to use the iPhone app.
Paclara is available now on the App Store for iPhone. Download Paclara on the App Store.
